
Ariella LaBell, MBA,
Principal
LaBell has over 30 years of client and supplier-side marketing, branding, strategy and market research experience.
In her role as Principal at Mindfrog, LaBell brings an elite-level of expertise in research design, facilitation, and translation into strategic insights. In prior executive-level roles she has helped more than a hundred clients launch, position or re-position their brands. LaBell has a differentiated understanding of the healthcare ecosystem that draws from diverse experience supporting many of the industry-leading pharma/biotech, payers, advocacy organizations, and integrated health systems/hospitals in navigating the ever-changing competitive landscape.

Prior to joining Mindfrog in 2017, LaBell’s supplier-side experience came from roles as Executive Director of Research at Six Degrees, a branding agency, as well as Vice President and senior-level moderator at a private healthcare consulting firm now called Newristics. She also has a unique understanding of the payer/PBM space from her former product management and marketing roles at AdvancePCS and Caremark (now CVS Health) where she was accountable for more than $10M in physician marketing/promotional programs funded by pharmaceutical brand teams. She later increased enrollment by 150% and program billings of Caremark’s patient-directed educational program.

An expert facilitator, LaBell has led dozens of strategy sessions with brand teams and executive boards, and moderated thousands of research discussions with patients, caregivers, health care clinicians, payers, employers, and hospital decision-makers.

LaBell has an MBA from the University of California-Irvine, and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She resides in Phoenix with her husband Steven and her two children.
