Elizabeth Carger

​Carger has over 20 years of supplier-side marketing and marketing research experience across a wide range of approaches and industries.

In her role as Director of Analytics, Lead, Elizabeth is in charge of our qualitative and quantitative analytics staff in their shared role of working with Mindfrog Managing Directors and Principals in turning primary marketing research into strategic guidance for our clients and their brands.

Carger has spent her career working through, refining, and implementing best practices when it comes to understanding respondents and what truly motivates their behavior. She has deep experience working in the healthcare research across a multitude of therapeutic areas and a diverse array of respondents in markets around the globe. She is a trained social scientist with a passion for applying her academic background to actionable research that uncovers both the conscious, and more importantly, unconscious drivers of attitudes and behavior.

Prior to joining Mindfrog in 2022, Carger was a principal in her own research firm, Beacon Insight; a director of analytics for a large biopharma marketing research consultancy, and a director at Olson Zaltman, the firm which brought Harvard’s Mind of the Market Laboratory to the market as one of the first applied behavioral science market research firms.

Carger has a MA in Integrated Social Science Methodologies and a BA in Political History and International Relations from the University of Chicago. She resides in Milwaukee.
