Associate Director of Analytics
Jennifer Ratmansky
Ratmansky has over 2 years experience in both qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research. In her role as Associate Director of Analytics at Mindfrog, Ratmansky supports various strategic research projects.
Ratmansky joined Mindfrog in 2025, with a focus on working with the Mindfrog analytic and project management staff in supporting Principals as they work to transform complex data into clear, compelling stories that fuel confident strategic decision making.
She has worked on over 50 primary, custom designed strategic marketing consulting engagements for biopharma, Medtech and aesthetics clientele in her career to date. This includes extensive work in metabolic disorders, dermatology and rare diseases. She also has experience on “the bench”, having worked for the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies at Penn Medicine running immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry experiments.
Ratmansky has a BS in Neuroscience from Bucknell University. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
